Terms & conditions

By ordering from Apple's Bakery, or accessing applesbakery.co.uk, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Online store, payment & amends to order

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We reserve the right to use photographs and videos of orders and publish on social media or other media platforms. If you would like to specifically request that we do not use pictures of your order, please let us know at the time of ordering, otherwise we cannot guarantee this.

Payment is needed to confirm online orders and until payment is received your order cannot be guaranteed. Once order has been confirmed there will be no cancellations, refunds or returns however, we will allow exchanges if the other product to be exchanged is the same price and category (for example if you place a brownie order you cannot exchange to cookies as they are separate categories), but this is only possible if you contact us within 24 hours of your order. However, if an exchange is requested 24 hours before the dispatch date for pre-order (that is noted on the product prior purchase), we will not be able to proceed an exchange as the order has already been made.

We cannot offer returns, refunds, exchanges or cancellations for subscription box purchases.

Refunds or a replacement order will be given only under the event that you have received an incorrect product, damage or of unsatisfactory quality.  Should this be the case you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photo proof as we cannot assess your case unless we have photographic proof.  Apple's Bakery will not accept liability for any complaints made after this time, and any requests for amends to order, refund or replacement will be denied.

If the shipment for the order has been delayed by at least 5 days due to Royal mail or Evri delivery service, we will consider issuing you a refund. The brownies will have a reduction in quality so please do not consume due to the delay.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit/ debit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. We also may refuse orders or prohibit user from site if there is a violation of intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the service or of any related website, other websites, or the internet.
 

Deliveries & Shipping

All deliveries are mailed via Royal Mail or Evri and will arrive within 48 hours. If the shipment has been delayed by at least 5 days due to Royal Mail or Evri, we will consider issuing you a refund. We are not responsible for delays or damages from Royal Mail or Evri however we will try our best for your brownies in good condition. if brownies arrive more than 5 days late, please do not consume them as they will have a substantial reduction in quality.  If your parcel arrives later than 5 days, please email helloapplesbakery@gmail.com. As the recipient you are responsible to be at home or the designated order address once your delivery has been dispatched, if not please register your order at a safe place. We are not held responsible if the recipient is not present to receive the order. If you are concerned about the parcel being left in a safe place upon arrival, we encourage you to choose another shipping address that will be attended to. Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address - we cannot be held responsible for orders going to the wrong address. Our courier partner Royal Mail or Evri are liable for any misplaced deliveries. We will do our best to help with this so let us know at hello@applesbakery.co.uk if you have any queries.

Due to the perishable nature of some products please make sure you adhere to these guidelines.

 

Creative License

Each of our custom orders are handmade, meaning no two items will ever be the same and may not look the same as the product photos shown on the website or any other media platforms.

Please review carefully the third-party's policies and practices and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products should be directed to the third-party.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
