Our brownies are baked fresh to order and we recommend eating it as soon as you open it! We recommend storing in an airtight container to consume within 3 days or ideally in the fridge for up to 5 days (although I doubt you can wait that long haha)

Our brownies contain: Gluten, Milk, Egg, Soya and Nuts. Our brownies are produced in a shared kitchen that has all other named allergens; therefore, we cannot guarantee that our products are allergen free. Our products may not be suitable for people with severe food allergies or intolerance. Please see our full ingredients and allergens list for more details.

We accept exchanges within 24 hours of purchase. Exchanges can only be made if it is within the same category and price (e.g. if you place an order on brownies you cannot exchange for cookies) and exchanges will be denied if it is 24 hours before dispatch date. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our product no refunds or cancellations can be made. If you have not received your product due to incorrect shipping address, we are not responsible. If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, we require a photo of the defect to assess refund eligibility within 24 hours after the order has been received. Without a photo, we are unable to assess your claim.

We deliver all your baked goods within two working days, and we are not responsible for delays or damages (the shipping services are) however we will try our best for your brownies to be in good condition. If brownies arrive more than 5 days late, please discard them, as we want you taste them in their best quality! (If your parcel arrives later than 5 days, please email hello@applesbakery.co.uk)
